What types of pets does it support?

Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles, and more. You can add multiple pets under a single account — each with their own health profile, timeline, and AI wellness plan.

Is my pet's health data secure?

Absolutely. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold to third parties, and never used for advertising. You own your pet's data — you can export or delete it at any time from within the app.

How does the AI vet triage work?

Describe your pet's symptoms and the AI helps you understand severity, likely causes, and whether you need to visit a vet urgently. When symptoms are flagged as urgent, ZeroPets shows a telehealth referral connecting you to licensed vets within minutes. It's a trusted first step — not a replacement for professional care.

How do rescues get verified?

Open the app → Account → Business → "Are you a 501(c)(3) animal rescue?" Enter your EIN and we instantly check the IRS Business Master File via ProPublica. Animal-Related charities (NTEE category D) are approved automatically — no paperwork, no waiting.

When is Android coming?

ZeroPets is currently live on iPhone and iPad via the App Store. Android on Google Play is in active development.
