By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ZeroPets ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. ZeroPets reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
ZeroPets is a pet wellness and community platform that provides health tracking tools, AI-powered wellness suggestions, community features, and informational resources for pet owners. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
To use certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use ZeroPets. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. You agree to notify ZeroPets immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to: (a) post content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) upload viruses or malicious code; (d) harvest or collect user information without consent; (e) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (f) interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers; (g) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App; (h) use automated means to access the App without permission. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.
You retain ownership of content you create and share on ZeroPets. By posting content, you grant ZeroPets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you post. ZeroPets reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or community guidelines without prior notice. Content moderation is performed using automated AI systems and human review.
ZeroPets uses artificial intelligence to generate wellness plans, health reports, symptom analyses, breed identification, food safety assessments, behavior analyses, emergency guidance, and other automated suggestions. AI-generated content is produced by machine learning models and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. AI-generated content does not constitute professional veterinary, medical, legal, or financial advice of any kind. You acknowledge that you use AI-generated features at your own risk and that ZeroPets bears no responsibility for decisions made based on AI output.
AI outputs are probabilistic estimates based on patterns in training data. They may be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific pet's condition, breed, age, or medical history. Do not treat AI output as a definitive answer. Always verify AI-generated information with a qualified, licensed veterinarian before taking action.
All health-related tools, trackers, symptom checkers, medication reminders, vaccination schedules, weight tracking, and wellness suggestions are for informational and personal record-keeping purposes only. This information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition in animals. ZeroPets does not provide veterinary medical advice. Never disregard, delay, or discontinue professional veterinary care based on information obtained through this App. In case of a pet health emergency, contact your veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.
ZeroPets includes an AI-powered Vet Triage feature and a First Aid guide. These features are provided for general informational and triage-guidance purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary examination, diagnosis, or treatment. By using these features, you expressly acknowledge and agree to all of the following:
ZeroPets expressly disclaims any warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness of AI Triage and First Aid outputs for any particular purpose.
ZeroPets provides community features including discussions, direct messaging, photo sharing, and lost pet alerts. Participation in any community activity is at your own risk. ZeroPets reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to community features at any time.
The App may reference or link to third-party services including veterinary providers, insurance companies, and pet service providers. ZeroPets does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any third-party services. Interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. ZeroPets is not responsible for the quality, safety, pricing, or availability of third-party services.
The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, logos, and content created by ZeroPets, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without written permission. The ZeroPets name, logo, and Boston Terrier mascot are trademarks of ZeroPets.
You may delete your account at any time through the Privacy settings in the App. ZeroPets reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. ZeroPets may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ZEROPETS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY HARM, INJURY, ILLNESS, OR DEATH TO ANY ANIMAL RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED TRIAGE, FIRST AID, OR HEALTH GUIDANCE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEROPETS' TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO ZEROPETS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZeroPets, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
